Frequently asked questions
Economic coaching for executives combines macro and microeconomic analysis with leadership coaching. The goal is to improve decision quality by aligning strategic choices with economic realities, risk assessment and organisational capacity. Work focuses on translating analysis into practical decisions and behaviours at the executive level.
Engagements are delivered through a mix of remote and on-site sessions depending on client needs. Typical elements include an initial diagnostic, focused advisory workshops, one-to-one coaching for key leaders, and periodic review sessions to assess implementation progress.
Short diagnostic engagements can last 2–4 weeks to produce an executive briefing. Typical coaching cycles run from three to six months, with milestone reviews. Duration is agreed upfront based on the scope and the organisation's decision cadence.
We treat client information as strictly confidential. Engagement terms, data handling and reporting protocols are set out in the engagement letter and aligned with Swiss data protection expectations. Access to sensitive materials is limited to designated project team members.
Fees are based on scope, team composition and deliverables. After an initial diagnostic we provide a transparent proposal with a clear fee schedule and a description of deliverables so clients can make an informed decision.
